Our method of engagement with coaching clients: 1. We will engage for a fixed time period, usually six months. After that time period, limited
support will be available for free. 2. During the engagement, we will meet with you and your staff for a minimum of two
hours, in your office, every two weeks. 3. We will spend time with the Doctor, one-on-one, to determine the practice goals and
the path for the consulting engagement. 4. We will cover a number of topics with your staff, including Lean principles, team building, referrals,
recalls, marketing, office operations, newsletters and etc. 5. The selection of topics and order in which the topics will be determined with the
Doctor and in consideration of goal achievement. 6. We will spend time, each session, determining whether we are on target, and making
corrections as required.
Our consulting methods are client centered. They are not pre-written
programs “shoehorned” to fit your practice. We do this because each
practice is unique, as result of patient demographics, DC personality,
processes and procedures, location, practice goals, and etc. This
uniqueness is what sets your practice apart and gives you a unique
appeal in the marketplace. In addition, for effective change, the entire
staff needs to be trained, retrained and significantly involved in the
change activities.
This requires heavy expense for travel for the entire staff, in addition
to listening to a “canned” seminar for an entire weekend. |
